Tips for Easier Installation and Care
- Clean and wax your vehicle before doing the installation. For the hood and fenders, use a paste wax instead of a spray to maintain the paint job under the Coverking Front End Mask.
- Optimal temperatures for the Front End Mask installation are 70°F (21°C) or higher in order to make the fabric more pliable and let it stretch slightly to create an ultra-tight and smooth fit.
- Vinyl cleaners and protectants are not suitable for use on the Coverking Front End Mask due to their formula that will minimize vinyl breathability, and Coverking will not be held liable for any warranty claims of this damage.
- Install the Coverking Front End Mask only on a vehicle, which has its original factory paint. Coverking will not be held liable for any warranty claims of paint damage to custom painted vehicles.
- Although the Front End Mask also safeguards your vehicle’s finish against fading due to exposure to damaging UV rays, it doesn’t protect all the rest of the vehicle. Coverking will not be held liable for any warranty claims on sun-faded paint.
- Caution: Please, check the elastic straps are properly hooked to prevent injuries during installation. Read the caution and don’t give up safety glasses!
- To take off the Front End Mask, do not pull up on the clips or the material – just follow installation steps in reverse order.
