The brand wants all customers to know that there will always be some minor sanding, shaving, cutting, and/or filling prior to installing Extreme Dimensions parts. Also, the black primer finish must be sanded and other prep work will be required prior to painting. The brand guarantees that you can return your item as long as it is returned in the original packaging. This warranty doesn’t cover products that have been altered in any way. It is recommended that the part be installed by a professional body shop that has experience in working with aftermarket fiberglass and urethane body kits, including, but not limited to, sanding, shaving, cutting, and filling.
Because there is much involved in the installation process that is beyond its control, Extreme Dimensions cannot guarantee perfect fitment. However, the brand does guarantee your satisfaction with its products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you ordered, return it in the original, as-purchased condition.
There are many possibilities for why products do not fit perfectly. Although Extreme Dimensions manufactures all their products to the closest OEM standards possible, they are hand made and minor differences can occur. The condition of the vehicle, heat, poor installation, etc. are all reasons why perfect installation cannot be guaranteed. Extreme Dimensions does guarantee that you will be satisfied with its products. If you are not satisfied with what you ordered, return it in the original, as-purchased condition.
Removal of the reinforcement bar may be required to install certain products, but in some cases it may only need trimming for product fitment.
Some kits come with instructions and hardware. However, Extreme Dimensions recommends installation by a body shop with experience in installing body kits.
Installation is not difficult for a body man with experience in installing body kits. Extreme Dimensions recommends professional installation.
Installing aftermarket body kits is a specialized area of auto body expertise, which is why Extreme Dimensions recommends going to a body shop with body kit installation experience. Even a body shop with many years of collision damage repair experience would not be recommended if they had no experience with aftermarket body kits.
