2-STAGE AIR SUSPENSION
We offer this suspension for nearly every kind of heavy duty truck. These work on two wheel and four wheel drive models. Kits are available for Ram 2500-5500 trucks, Ford F-250’s to F-750’s, GM 2500’s up to the 4500/5500 Topkick and Kodiak trucks. We also have our General Medium Duty Air Suspension kit, a very popular option for Internationals, Freightliners, etc. for a Class 6 & 7 truck with a 34” frame rail.
2-STAGE AIR SUSPENSION
Your truck still features the leaf spring suspension, so you will still be able to tow to the factory ratings. Our air suspension will simply provide you with a better ride while the leaf springs handle the towing duties.
2-STAGE AIR SUSPENSION
Our air suspension framework will bolt to the end of the truck and then attach to the factory leaf spring pack. The leaf spring shackle hanger is removed during installation, so the rear of your leaf springs are now mounted to a moving air suspension framework. This provides additional travel for the leaf springs, resulting in a smoother ride. The design also allows the harshness of the bumps to be absorbed by the bags before being transferred onto the leaf springs.
2-STAGE AIR SUSPENSION
Helper bags are placed directly on the leaf springs or axle in conjunction with the factory leaf springs to help with load support. You won’t see an improvement in ride quality unless you alter the leaf springs in some way.
2-STAGE AIR SUSPENSION
You should look into our 2-Stage Air Suspension Systems. Kits like a 2-Stage Rear Air Suspension are designed only to improve the ride quality rather than improving the towing AND ride quality with a 4-Link Rear Air Suspension.
2-STAGE AIR SUSPENSION
We offer 2-Stage Front Air Suspensions as well for many four wheel drive trucks and several two wheel drive applications. This will typically remove the coil springs from the front suspension in favor of a full air suspension system and new adjustable shocks. These are also available in a leveling kit version for many trucks to allow for slightly larger tires/wheels.
4-LINK AIR SUSPENSION
Yes...but only for short distances. With the suspension fully deflated, your truck will be resting on the bumpstops within the air bags. Driving on these will result in a very harsh ride. Being fully deflated will also change the position of your axle and the pinion angle of the truck. You can lower the suspension and back under your trailer, park in a garage, etc. but then you will need to return the suspension back to ‘ride height’.

4-LINK AIR SUSPENSION
Absolutely. If your truck squats under a heavy load and you want to level it out, you’ll love one of our full air suspension systems. When equipped with one of our optional, self-leveling air control systems, your truck will sense a change in weight and pull air from the onboard air tank to return the suspension back to the original ‘ride height’.
4-LINK AIR SUSPENSION
Yes. Your leaf springs keep the rear end of your truck centered while traveling down the road. If you remove your rear leaf springs, you need a suspension that will keep the suspension in place. Our 4-Link suspensions use adjustable trailing arms, as well as an adjustable panhard bar, to keep the rear end from moving forward and back, as well as side to side.
