Warranty

King Tony America offers a limited lifetime warranty, limited to the repair or replacement or equivalent, for the non-powered hand tools and accessories found to be defective in workmanship or materials within the useful life of the tool. Any repair or replacement of the tool based upon this warranty shall be approved by an authorized King Tony America representative. This warranty applies to the tools supplied by King Tony America.

King Tony America offers a limited 12-month warranty on its torque wrenches and torque multipliers to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, (excluding calibration) sold in the US and Canada through King Tony America. This warranty does not apply to torque wrenches and torque multipliers that have been abused, misused, modified or disassembled by someone other than an Authorized Calibration Center. All King Tony America torque wrenches are manufactured to ANSI and DIN industrial standards and are calibrated at the time of manufacture. King Tony America recommends that all torque wrenches be recalibrated once a year or more, depending on usage and reset torque to 0 (ft‐lb), (Nm) or (inch‐lb) when not in use.

Mighty‐Seven International Co. LTD (M7), a part of the global King Tony Tool Group, offers a 36-month limited warranty on most products sold in the US and Canada through King Tony America. The limited warranty applies to defects in material or workmanship within the applicable limited warranty period. They offer a 12-month limited warranty on 1” and 1-1/2" impact wrenches, air hammers, air chisels, and air blow guns. M7 Smart Starters are under a 24-month limited warranty program for the case; the battery is warranted for 12 months only, however.

King Tony America reserves the right to conduct inspection of the product to determine if the product is covered under warranty. The reasonable useful life of the tool and the degree of material wear or degradation will be taken into consideration to evaluate if the tool is qualified for any repair or replacement. This warranty does not apply to any product, which has been misused, abused or altered in any way.

All implied warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby specifically excluded.

In no event shall King Tony America be liable for consequential, incidental, or specific damages resulting from or in any manner related to the product, its design, use or any inability to use the same. The sole and exclusive remedy with respect to a defective product shall be the repair, or replacement of the tool.
