Got these for my 01 jeep Cherokee and I must say they are super bright. I get flashed by people all the time cause they think I am using the low beams lol. Definitely recommend!

Installation, no problems. Problem, however, with low beam visibility. Although from a distance the lights look white they do little to illuminate the area in front of the truck. With high beams on, illumination is fine. Wonder if this is a problem with this model Lumen light? Could have spent a little more for a similar Lumen model which is advertised with more light output. Perhaps in the future. HA! Born during the second world war!

Owner of 90 Toyota Pick Up. You'll need a h4 harness to make the lights compatible. Few youtube videos later, lights are on and awesome. Spliced the DLR to my parking lights. Works like a charm.

I really wanted to like these 7x6 lights for my older Chevy pickup, but I am not so sure now. Ordered 8/29, arrived 9/21. No instructions in the box so you may need to come back here if you want to see that. I installed them 'top' up. I think the low beams give a great spread out pattern. I believe the low beams give a superior pattern and intensity versus my sealed halogens. They illuminate the sides of the road as well as where the vehicle is pointed. That is important to me because we have a lot of big critters out here at night. I took my vehicle to an area where I could ensure they were pointed correctly. Nobody complained to me on either the drive before correcting them or after. I did not appear to be illuminating drivers of other vehicles unnecessarily after I corrected them. Ever since their installation however, the high beams have been disappointing. They act more like driving lights by putting a lot of intense light right unto the ground visually between the hood of the vehicle and about 20 feet out in front. There is a nice flooding of light from the low beams then there is these two intense fat sticks of light that pierce the low beam flood of light but projecting unto the road mostly. It was upsetting that I wasn't lighting up the trees in front of me or on the sides with my high beams. If anything, I think the high beams made lighting up the peripheral view worse because I think the low beams became less intense. If the clear lens did not say top on top, I'd swear I have them upside down. I feel they are not manufactured upside down though because on low beam, the bottom section is on. When on high beam, both the bottom section and top section are on for both lights. I tested the running lights but have not installed wiring for them yet. They seem really nice. I think I will keep them, but I do not recommend them.
