Oil Sandwich Plate Adapter with Rear-Mounted Thermostat by Mishimoto®. This Mishimoto Oil Sandwich Plate is a lightweight, high-flow sandwich plate that's used to regulate oil flow to the cooler until the engine is properly warmed up and allows for oil system protection in cold climates.
Notes
- 15-25 ft/lbs operating range for all straight fittings and banjo bolts. Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 ft/lbs.

This high-flow sandwich plate is constructed from lightweight CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum, providing unmatched precision and quality. The internal oil thermostat will restrict flow to the heat exchanger until the activation temperature is reached; this provides improved warm-up while maintaining efficient cooling properties. Thanks to a small footprint and rear-mounted thermostat, this sandwich plate can be installed in even the tightest engine bays where the exhaust or other engine components create strict space constraints. The sandwich plate includes two 1/8" NPT ports for use with temperature or pressure sensors.
