    • WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS FOR A CARGO TRAY?
      • The last 4 digits in the part number contain the outer dimension of the cargo tray. For example, the CTG60-4890W is 48" wide and 90" deep. No portion of the tray will exceed those dimensions.
HOW MUCH CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE UNDER SIDE OF THE TRAY AND THE COMPARTMENT FLOOR?
      • The last 4 digits in the part number contain the outer dimension of the cargo tray. For example, the CTG60-4890W is 48" wide and 90" deep. No portion of the tray will exceed those dimensions.
WHAT IS THE WEIGHT CAPACITY OF THE CARGO TRAY?
      • The CTG60 models have a 800 lbs capacity spread across the top of the tray. The CTG80 models have a 500 lbs weight capacity spread across the top of the tray.
ARE THERE LEGS TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE CARGO TRAY?
      • The CTG54-001 kit will add up between 1.625-3.125" to the standard tray clearance.
HOW FAR WILL THE CARGO TRAY EXTEND?
      • The CTG60 models extend 60% of the tray length. The CTG80 models extend 80% of the tray length.
HOW DO I INSTALL THE CARGO TRAY?
        1. Place the tray in the desired compartment and make sure the tray clears the lip of the door frame when extended. If it does not, you may have to use shims or may purchase and install MORryde Tray Extenders (CTG54-001) along the side rails to raise the tray. 2. Make sure the tray/shims are square with the compartment. If using shims, fasten* them to the floor first. 3. Extend tray out slightly to expose the predrilled holes in the side rails. Begin to fasten the tray in the first set of holes. The mounting hole will accommodate a 5/16" bolt. 4. Continue to extend the tray outward while fastening* the tray in each of the predrilled holes until it is fully extended. 5. If NOT using a 90” tray, once all visible predrilled holes have been secured, extend the tray until it hits the stops. Lift up on the front of the tray and it will slide over the stops. This will allow you to access the mounting holes in the frame underneath the tray. 6. If using a 90” tray, extend the tray in the opposite direction and repeat steps 3 & 4. *Note: Fasteners may differ depending on application. For this reason, hardware is not included. Be cautious of tanks/plumbing underneath.
    • CAN I GET REPLACEMENT PUCKS FOR MY PIN BOX?
      • Spiderweb cracking is a product of use and replacement is not required unless the pucks are crumbling. New parts can be purchased through the MORryde parts department.
I’M GETTING A LOT OF CHUCKING AND JERKING IN MY PINBOX, THE GVWR ON THE STICKER SAYS 18,000, BUT MY TRAILER IS ONLY 12,500 GVWR, IT’S TOO STIFF, RIGHT?
      • The sticker on the pin box is the weight rating on the pin box structure, not the shear spring on the inside – either peer in the side of the pin box between the white glide pads to look for an encircled number or drop the skid pad off to reveal the number on the side of the rubber shear spring to see if it is the right one. Newer model pin boxes may have the spring number on a sticker on the rear of the skid pad assembly.
WHAT PIN BOX DO I NEED?
      • Please see the Rubber Pin Box Identification Guide.
    • WHAT HEAVY-DUTY SHACKLE KIT DO I NEED FOR MY UNIT?
      • You will have to determine if the unit is a tandem or triple axle, what type of suspension system the unit has, the length of the shackle link from center bolt hole to center bolt hole, and if the unit has a Correct Track Hanger System.
HOW THICK ARE THE SHACKLES IN THE HEAVY-DUTY SHACKLE KIT?
      • Shackles in the wet bolt kit are 1/2" thick
    • MY TRAILER IS LEANING HARD TO ONE SIDE, WHY?
      • There are several factors that can cause a slight or severe lean on your trailer. As it relates to suspension, MORryde recommends inspecting your rubber shear springs for abnormal sagging, possible rips, or even complete tears. The rubber components used in all of MORryde suspension systems take quite the beating to give you that comfortable ride, so like all things in life, they too have a lifespan. Depending on road conditions, weather conditions, weight distribution, and other factors, the average life of MORryde rubber shear springs is about 7 to 15 years. The lean also can be caused by an uneven weight distribution on your trailer. Have each side of your trailer weighed individually to determine if one side of your unit weighs more than the other. MORryde may be able to take care of that lean with a denser shear spring to take care of the extra weight. Next, inspect your unit for any other broken products such as shock absorbers and bushings to make sure they are not the culprit. Lastly, the brand recommends inspecting each tire on your trailer to make sure they are inflated properly and are not causing any leaning or sagging issues.
HOW DO MORRYDE JEEP PRODUCTS COMPARE TO ITS COMPETITORS?
      • Many of its competitors use cast aluminum for their products compared to MORryde’s far less expensive designs, which are made from laser-cut and welded steel components. First and foremost, this gives MORryde a price advantage over its competition. All of MORryde products are made here in the USA, which means you are getting the highest quality product for your money. A couple of key highlights MORryde has over its competition:

      • MORryde’s Jeep product line is modular, so you can purchase and install whichever parts your situation demands.
      • MORryde’s HD Hinge design is the first of its kind. The brand’s hinges are greaseable and rebuildable. The hinge pin sits inside a bronze bushing and uses a grease fitting, which allows you to grease your hinges to prevent excessive wear. In the unlikely event that the bushings wear, they are hardware-store items and can easily be replaced.
      • The MORryde HD Tailgate Reinforcement Kit supports the weight of the entire tailgate (including the entire width of the spare carrier) as opposed to just part of the tailgate like most of its competitors.
      • MORryde Universal Side Mounted Jerry Can Holders require no drilling or additional holes, but rather bolt into existing bolt holes on your Jeep.
      • The MORryde HD Spare Carrier has two different mounting positions for up to 40" tires and comes with an additional light stalk to stand above your tire.
I'M INTERESTED IN THE INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION SYSTEM. WHERE CAN I GET THIS INSTALLED?
      • MORryde has three locations across the US that are certified installers of the "IS".
