Harold is a dynamometer and flow-bench test equipment consultant with more than 35 years of experience working with these devices. He has been involved in various forms of motorsports for more than 45 years.
Bill Hancock
Bill has been the liaison engineer for Chrysler's NASCAR program with Petty Enterprises as well as the manager of the company's Special Vehicle Test and Development activities. Bill founded Arrow Racing Engines in 1979. Located north of Detroit, Arrow has six engine dynamometers and does extensive testing and engine development for OEMs.
