For the sporty drivers of Asian, Domestic and European vehicles, SACHS offers the SACHS Performance Power Clutch line. The Power Clutch program offers an optional performance line for sport vehicles.
SACHS offers a complete flywheel program for the U.S. aftermarket. All flywheels are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM standards. SACHS offers a full range of application coverage for the most popular domestics and import vehicles. Look-up is made easy with NFW (New Flywheel) and DMF (Dual-Mass Flywheel) prefix.
Dual-mass flywheels (DMF) help contribute to a smooth driving experience for cars with manual transmissions.
Unlike solid flywheels, dual-mass flywheels cannot be resurfaced during an aftermarket clutch installation, escalating the total cost associated with clutch replacement.
The SACHS line of solid flywheel conversion kits is a low cost, high quality alternative for customers needing to replace the dual-mass flywheel clutch system.
To rid yourself of troublesome hydraulic clutch release problems, SACHS strongly recommends the master and slave cylinder be inspected and replaced if necessary when the clutch is also replaced.

In addition to the OE replacement clutch kit, SACHS offers three different clutch kits for light and medium duty trucks: heavy duty, ceramic button and discs made with kevlar. In SACHS catalog, these are identified accordingly with a HD, CB or KL suffix at the end of the part number.
The base kit is composed of the OE clutch system and is suited to be a direct substitute for the original clutch, offering the same performance. If you are running a stock setup and are towing within the vehicles rated capacity, this kit may be for you.
If you are towing loads slightly more than the vehicle’s rated capacity, SACHS Heavy Duty kit is a good choice. SACHS HD set features a premium friction material with a steel backed lining. This helps increase durability and heat dissipation, leading to a longer service life. Pedal feel, engagement /disengagement and launchability are going to feel closer to stock than Ceramic Button or Discs made with Kevlar.
SACHS Ceramic Button set is suited for extreme towing needs or work truck setups. The Ceramic Button material increases torque carrying capacity and resist with heat much better than an organic material. Towing performance is increased greatly when compared to organic, but the tradeoff is in the clutch feel. Ceramic button discs tend to engage/disengage more sharply than organic, with the clutch pedal acting more like an on/off switch than a dial.
Does your vehicle seem unstable under hard cornering? Do crosswinds greatly affect your vehicle? Have you noticed increased braking distances? Does your car seem to bounce on the highway?
These are some of the symptoms of defective or worn shock absorbers, the creeping danger. Although your vehicle can still be driven with worn shock absorbers, its performance during emergency maneuvers is greatly reduced. Stay on the safe side, get your shocks inspected every 12,000 miles.
