Schroth Limited Warranty - North America

The warranty period shall be 36 months starting with the receipt of delivery. Upon the delivery of replacements and execution of repairs, the warranty period shall commence again for the replaced or repaired parts.

What is covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship.

How long does this limited warranty last?

This limited warranty lasts for a period up to three years from the date of the original retail sale. Any implied warranty applicable to Schroth products is limited to the duration of this written limited warranty as stated above.

Some states don’t allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

What will Schroth do?

Any defect will be corrected or a replacement will be provided at the sole discretion of Schroth.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This limited warranty doesn’t cover defects or damage due to normal wear, misuse, or accident. This limited warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser and terminates under resale or transfer of the product. Any modifications to products render this limited warranty null and void. This limited warranty doesn’t cover consequential damages or incidental damages, arising from the use of the product.

Some states don’t allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
