Is the TPMS already programmed for frequency 433 hz, or will it have to be programmed. I need 433hz.

Hi,
I bought wheels with this smart sensor already mounted. The problem is that one of the sensors snapped. My question is that is it possible to still use it? The snapping point is on the plastic part that connects the valve to the actual sensor. The actual sensor is undamaged. My understanding is that it should still work and I will just mount it on the inside of the rim with double sided tape and silicone. Hope I make sense. I can send photos on email if needed. Thank you!

These were mounted in wheels I purchased almost a year ago. They are supposed to be programmed for my vehicle, but I've been to multiple tire shops, and they are not able to sync these with my car. My tire pressure warning has been going off for months now. How do I get these things programmed?

Can you preprogram the sensor in a way that it only needs installation for it to be operational?
