Every product is hand crafted using high-technology computerized machines with tolerances no more than 0.005 of an inch. Every single step is done by experienced sheet metal craftsmen, everything starting from punching and metal forming to welding and grinding. Each Tuffy lock box is manufactured from heavy-duty 16-gauge steel and then is finished using a specially-developed electronically fusion-bonded special epoxy powder coat.
