Chevy Silverado 1500 2000, S Style Functional Ram Air Hood by Amerihood®. Functional custom hood is perfect replacement for the ordinary factory hood. Direct cold intake air to work with performance air intake system by major manufacturers such as AirRaid and K&N. Amerihood utilized factory hinges and striker for easier installation, smooth gel coat finish on top and underside for easy prep and shorten work time for that perfect finish. Installation typically requires sanding, trimming, and filling prior to painting, thus, professional installation is recommended.

Great Hood
Hood fits great and looks good after I had it painted but over paid for it found it $100 cheaper on Amerihood website with free shipping so would have saved $250. But the hood itself is great quality and very durable would recommend getting but check other sites.

2002 Silverado S Style Ram Air Hood.
It looks awesome on the truck. Installation was a snap, but before I can paint it I'm going to have to redesign the opening on the underside, so it will match up with the Airaid cold air intake. If you are going to use a cheaper aftermarket intake you should be fine.

Very Pleased With Amerihood
Hood looks amazing! Installation was a breeze, I do have paint and body experience tho, otherwise get a pro to do the prep and paint. Looks amazing and I even notice a slight improvement in mid-range hp due to the air forced into the cold air intake (I'm speculating). Took a while to receive, but it shipped freight so that's understandable. Overall a great product.

All Around Looks Very Nice, Just Got It Today!
Looks pretty good and in good shape! Just got mine in today so can not wait to get started on it Not company’s fault but when it had arrived the delivery guy had pretty much tossed it out of the back of the truck and had landed on the road but by looks looks like the packaging had saved it

Worth Every Penny!
My 2024 F-150 went from looking stock to straight-up aggressive. now my truck looks like something out of a Fast & Furious movie. This thing looks sick, feels solid and actually helps with cooling. Didn't have to fight with the fitment at all which is rare for aftermarket hoods.
