Chevy Silverado 4.3L / 4.8L / 5.3L / 6.0L / 6.6L / 8.1L 2001, A/C Clutch Cycle Switch by gpd®. The electrical switch is designed to give feedback to the engine management system. The ECM controls the A/C system on modern vehicles. In earlier vehicles, they are used to directly turn the compressor off to avoid compressor failure.
