    The instrument cluster is your window on vehicle operation. It displays very important data such as mileage, fuel level, speed, malfunction warnings, and more. A failed instrument cluster may provide inaccurate readings or may not operate at all, and it usually requires total replacement instead of simple repairs.     Instrument Cluster
    I ordered a re manufactured instrument cluster. Great ordering experience, only took minutes. They said the product would ship on a given date. A few days after the estimated ship date I received an email asking about mileage for the odometer. All this was provided with the order. I responded but did not get a confirmation on my response. I contacted customer service and after holding a long time select the call me back option. 3 hours later I was speaking to someone. Long story short I got a great product about a week later. Easy installation. I sent the core back and 12 days later am still waiting for the credit. As for a review, great order experience, great product, not so great customer service.

    Awesome Product
    It was really easy to install. It is a plug and play product, the new face and lights gave my truck a different look, and all gauges work awesome, love it.

    Instrument Cluster for 03 Sierra
    Only issue I have is the accuracy of the the speedometer. It says I am driving 2 mph fast, then I am actually going. Other than that, a good replacement.

    Excellent Product
    This cluster looked brand new and was easy to install in my 2005 Yukon. I only have about 100 miles on the new one, but I'm sure it's going to be good for many miles to come. I was very happy to find out Dorman rebuilds these clusters and at a reasonable price. A friend of mine needed a 2003 Yukon cluster and the dealer wanted $650 and that was a long time ago.

    Looks good. But the light on the odometer is very hard to read, even with the intensity full.

    Very Happy with Service and Product
    Had to exchange the instrument cluster due to an issue and current replacement works well. It appears that the screen under speedo could be brighter but all other gauges functioning properly. Would recommend to other customers. Customer service is friendly and professional!!

    This was shipped on time as promised and extremely well packaged. Got my return credit within 5 days of shippnig email notice that my core was received. Love the look of white face plate and the blue tint night lights look great in the dash, no glare!!
