A Trustworthy Replacement
I was worried about finding a good match for my Lexus, but this mirror blended in seamlessly. Easy to install and the heating feature works just like the original. Happy with my purchase.

Learn From My Mistake, Buy New Bolts.
First of all, I want to say that this is a great product which I am very happy with. I bought it for a 2004 Lexus RX330. The lessons I learned likely apply to several mirrors for several different vehicle manufacturers: 1. Does not come with the 3 required bolts, as they likely correctly assume that you will have the bolts from the one you take off. 2. Check your VIN plate and determine if your vehicle is made in Japan or USA. If it was made in USA, I presume you are "good to go!" If your vehicle was made in Japan, you will need to buy new bolts for the mirror, as the OEM Japanese bolt is metric sized, as well as having a 'shoulder.' The bolts seem to thread in fine, but will not tighten all the way in due to the 'shoulder' on both the bolt and the threaded portion built into the new mirror. I ended up breaking one of the nuts right off of the new assembly by trying to snug it up tight. I recovered from the situation by swapping the new mirror onto my OEM mounting plate. It can be done, but is not an operation for the faint of heart!

Replacement Mirror Just Like the Original
The replacement mirror showed up when I was told. It installed easily, and has operated just as the original. Can't tell any difference between the replacement and the original on the other side of the truck.
