    Product Details

    Power Control Module (80501) by JET®. To solve the problem JET developed a plug in module that attaches to the vehicle computer externally that can add up to 30 horsepower. The JET Module optimizes the ignition spark advance, air to fuel ratios and transmission shifting for the ultimate in power and mileage gains. JET's exclusive Dynamic Spectrum Tuning provides optimal performance across the entire power band-not just at full throttle. Great for towing or SUV applications, all out street performance cars and everyday drivers. Daily drivers can use lower cost regular fuel for potential mileage gains, but for optimal performance gains use of mid-grade or better is recommended. Improves throttle response, acceleration and low end torque. Simple, plug-in installation in less than 30 minutes.

    A Super Fast CRV Now
    I install this on my CR-V that has a downpipe, hondata on it, blow of valve, stabelizer bar and soon coilovers my CR-V is fast but the turbo lag is a pain. But now the car responds super wick, your gonna love this product even if you don't have all those mods on.

    Engine Made Horrible Noises
    Easy install. Engine began making horrible noises. Check engine light came on. I’m not sure what the issue was. I took it right out. Not worth the trouble.

    Great Add-On
    This chip gave me great throttle gain and a lot more power. Combine it with MSD blaster coils and an Airaid cold intake and JET throttle spacer.

    Throttle Response on a Cable Driven Vehicle?
    It says it improves the throttle response, but the 2002 clearly is cable driven that's as instant as it gets for everything else. I'd have to buy and test but no high hopes. Will return with full rating.

    Jet PCM for Ford 5.0L
    Make sure you read the instructions carefully. On my car, I had to use an abrasive pad to clean the contacts on the Ford computer board. As for performance, I did a bunch of testing before and after the install, and I can actually tell a measurable difference with the chip installed. Acceleration, shifting, smoothness at idle, it has all of these things. Oh wait, no it doesn't. Sorry, I was thinking of a different part. This Jet product - the only measurable difference is crank time before the car starts, its almost double. Being serious though, don't buy this product. Jet should be ashamed of themselves. I actually did measure before and after, and there was no quantifiable difference, except for crank time.
