Product Details

Chevy Avalanche 1500 LS / LT / Z66 / Z71 without MAF Cartridge and Sensor 2006, Momentum® GT Aluminum Black Cold Air Intake System by aFe®. A custom CAD designed roto-molded housing made from heat resistant material eliminates the use of multiple components and ensures the coolest air intake charge available. A large clear sight window allows for filter inspection without removal of the air box. The roto-molded housing is made out of black cross-linked polyethylene.

Easy to install, takes less than an hour. Everything fit and finish product looks good. Can instantly feel the increased power with aFe cold air intake. Would recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade their intake system.

aFe Momentum GT Cold Air Intake
Slammed this beast into my 2003 GMC Sierra. This thing was not carved by angels but sculpted by demons, looks sweet nestled up under the hood. Noticeable difference in power as well, it is winter right now so I shouldn't be speeding, but hammering the throttle down getting to +100km/hr makes the 5.3L growl out the dual exhuast pipes. So far I am pleased, have one in my 2014 Jeep SRT as well which is exhilarating AF.

Awesome
Looks great.. sounds awesome. Install is good till you have to connect large vacuum hose. You will need a Gates 19038 and two hose clamps. TRUCKiD support has been awesome, AFE has been horrible! Still recommend and love it. Thanks TRUCKiD for all your help.

Awesome
Looks great and was easy to install. One problem, they didn't put the large vacuum hose connection in right location. You will need a Gates 19038 and two clamps to complete the install and make it look nice. But, after all that it sounds great and did see an increase in mpg and torque, a little! TRUCKiD has been awesome in helping out, very disappointed in AFE... such a shame for such a big name company. Still highly recommend this product..

I Love This Product
I want to take a few min to write a short review. I got this product because I read was the best so when I installed on my 2020 Nissan Titan, I noted the difference in 2 min this product has a small add removal window after I remove it I can see the difference on speed and strong that it is and sound. I love it is for me the best filter intake ever... Thx ' Jesus

Momentum GT
Works and sounds great. It helps to put oil on the bolts and the bolt holes and run the bolts up and down until they go in real easy. This will make it easy to get them started, since you have to get your hand into the airbox. If you also have an AFE throttle body spacer the tube coupling will get compressed real tight, but it will work. Putting the tube on the coupling first also makes it easier.

The product fits great with original equipment. No changes needed. Comes with the tool to move your MAF over and an extension for it. All in all great product and manufacturing
