T-Rex Billet grilles are the standard worldwide for design and quality. They start with advanced CAD engineering and design, followed by rigorous testing for fit, finish, and durability. Once the design is approved, the finest aircraft quality 6061/6063 Billet Aluminum is used to produce the grille using state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, like a custom jig for laser cutting materials, precision TIG welding, and meticulous assembly and quality control. The completed product is then finished in durable “Sinister Black” powder coating, or electro-polished to a high gloss finish.
