Luverne 415078-400922 - 7" Grip Step™ Step Boards

I just wanted to say these running boards gave my truck an aggressive work truck look. They are well made and have a wonderful grip. I would highly recommend!

Great, Tough Look, Extra Wide Step

The steps look great and install was fairly easy, I think it took longer to figure out the instruction more than the installation, the instruction are only a diagram and no context, plus they shorted me two bolts and I had to go to the hardware store for parts. All in all, the boards look tough and are a perfect length.

Fit like a glove. Kit bolted right up to pre made holes in truck frame. No other bolts needed. Easy install and rugged made.

Perfect

Just perfect. I loved the look and Grip Step texture online and I got exactly what was shown and described. Boxes took a beating from UPS but everything survived with no damage. Easy install and they look fantastic.

Product looks good. Instructions could have been much clearer for specific model application. Thank goodness for youtube video as it did illustrate the extra parts I had received were for a 4 door app.

These Running Boards Are Awesome

These running boards look great and are very well made. I purchased these running boards to replace some rather cheap ones that were falling apart that were installed on my truck when I bought it used. We live in a snowy area and the old running boards just had a rubber insert where your foot steps. When I had snow on my boots, several times I slipped off of the rubber insert when I was climbing in or out of the truck. The new running boards have an open design and pretty hefty metal grips, so slipping off of these running boards will be much less likely. The biggest problem with installing the new running boards was removing the old running boards which had rusted bolts and bent supports for the cheap old ones. After removing the old rusty bolts, the new supports were pretty easy to install, although the installation instructions that came with the new running boards were pretty hard to interpret. The new running boards look great and because I got the wheel to wheel type I also have a side step into the bed of my truck (2012 Ram 2500 crew cab) that will be convenient when I am hitching my 5th wheel trailer.
