They are completely manufactured in the USA from 3/16" plate steel. They have a 3/8 inch hole to accommodate many of light the lights on the market.

Super Simple Install
Nice heavy duty mounts are a snap to install. I had to unmount and bend slightly as my windshield angle is a bit different apparently. Red mounts look great on the black Wrangler just the accent I was looking for.
