Hello, since this has the backing plate attached, it should be simple to install. Unfortunately, I do not have installation instructions.

Question:
Not sure what High Gloss means? Vehicle has "Luxury Package" if that matters. Need right side with self dimming and defrost.

Hello, high gloss is a trim package that has a finish over mirrors, grille, and exterior trim that is a high gloss black. This mirror is heated w/ auto-dimming and will fit your 3 Series
