Once the design is approved, the finest quality 304 stainless steel is used to produce the grille using state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, like a custom jig for laser cutting materials, precision TIG welding, and meticulous assembly and quality control. During the manufacturing process, the embedded fine woven mesh is positioned within a sturdy 12-gauge frame. The completed product is then finished in durable "Sinister Black" powder coating, or electro-polished to a high gloss finish.
