These look good and work well, very comfortable to get in my truck, wasn't too bad to put together and install, good customer service too

I purchased these steps for my 2020 Ram 2500. I purchased them because they are aluminum and there for should not rust. The brackets and hardware are made of steel and are quite rusty after 1 year. I contacted the company and they did send me a new set of brackets but they are still steel and will rust as quick as the first ones. I will be buying a different set of steps in the future.

It was packaged well and the product came with instructions. The instructions could have been easier to read for a newbie, but it's manageable. For someone who didn't know what they were doing it took me approx 4hrs to put on my truck. Will need 10m & 13m or 1/2" gauge sockets for either monkey wrench or power drill, along with the same wrench size and a hex key #4 or 5/32 to install. So far we really like them.

They look very nice but too much flex.

The material is ok. I should have read that it’s aluminum, these steps have flex not for big folks. The steps are a great depth and locations is great for stepping up into the truck. I own a Hvac company and have a master mech cert. Kinda easy install, just time consuming, took me about an hour and 15 minutes per truck side. Get the job done must have ratchet, wrenches sockets cannot reach some of the locations. Step pocket is not welded, it’s a bolt on with twist lock style. Think MLOK. The double style bracket is a bolt on, these parts have flex again it’s not for big folks. If these were made of steel and had welded step pockets they would be a star all day.

Received on time with no damage. Not the first set of boards I've installed, but first on my new truck. So knowing the amount of screws involved, I did an assembly line set up for the drop steps. Then I just followed the straight forward directions. It's been a week since installation. No creaking, and solid feel so far. Nice finish at a great price. The design is perfect for my Ram Rebel.

The Nerf bars were a great addition to my truck. It is much easier to enter and exit the truck now plus the protection that they provide. The installation was very easy and straight forward. Great Product!!

These are a great replacement for my stock oval steps, Much higher and tighter to the rocker panels. it's been about 2 months and they are holding up strong.

I thought it was well made but it has too many pieces, which leads to too many adjustments to get it right.

In the end, I’m pretty happy with the product as a whole, but boy, whoever designed these could’ve made the T bolts go away in Leu of the way, the steps actually attached via the gold inserts because boy, those things were a pain to get to line up and stay in place with the cheap cheesy washer. Do yourself a favor and put them on the bars themselves with the brackets attached and just attach the brackets to then truck body with them attached to the bar and extra pair of hands definitely helps but I’m glad I have long legs and buckets.
