Installation
Morimoto's XB LED headlights produce a well-defined beam pattern with a great amount of width, intensity, and a proper distribution of light. Their LED daytime running light is powered by high intensity LEDs and is insanely bright and easily visible during the day. The subtle elements incorporated in their design are more than enough to make them stand out, but they're clean enough to be considered original equipment to those who don't know any better. The piano black trim and smoked gray reflectors keep the color scheme neutral, and the breakthrough projector is as modern as it gets.
The headlights feature a row of amber LEDs that provide the turn signal function. You can set them up to run as a sequential signal. Those who are a bit more traditional can setup these lights to run as solid on/off style signals too. The UV-coated lens of the lights is made to resist the test of time, ensuring your headlights will look good as new for many years to come. The housing is lightweight and much stronger than comparable alternatives. The heat-sinks inside the housings provide more than an adequate amount of cooling for the OEM grade LED chips that produce the light.
The Morimoto XB LED Tail Lights combine style, performance, and safety into one impressive package. Inspired by the latest OEM LED tail lights, they feature two clusters of parallel 3D Optics for brake lights and turn signals, as well as a parking light optic around the outer edge. Not just about looks, these tail lights also enhance safety with powerful LED reverse lights. Plus, Morimoto's BLBB system allows for easy plug-and-play installation of an optional LED Backup Boost Bar, providing an extra 2,700 lumens of controlled light output in reverse. These tail lights are designed to comply with all DOT and SAE regulations, ensuring both style and safety.
