"BREMBO S.p.A. ("Manufacturer") warrants to the original user that this Product complies with Manufacturer's published specifications and is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (a "Covered Defect"). This warranty is limited in duration to two (2) years from the date of purchase or such longer period required by law. If the Product is found to have a Covered Defect, the Product will be, in the Manufacturer's sole judgment, either repaired or replaced by a new or rebuilt Product.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE EXPRESS WARRANTY MADE WITH REGARD TO THIS PRODUCT AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. MANUFACTURER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER AND IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF CLAIMANT'S PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT.
For products sold in the U.S., some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so one or more of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to: any damage to the Product caused in whole or in part by abuse, accident, fire, chemical corrosion, use for other than its intended purposes, unlawful use, use in a model for which it was not designed, faulty installation, installation contrary to the Manufacturer's published instructions, or failure to maintain the Product in accordance with the Manufacturer's published instructions - claims of comfort, noise, vibration or harsh riding characteristics.
This Limited Warranty sets forth the sole liability of Manufacturer hereunder, and it may not be changed by any dealer, distributor or other person. The Product has been designed and manufactured for the specific model and application indicated in Brembo HP brake upgrades catalogue and/or at Brembo Product's distributors. The Product shall be used in compliance with laws and rules in effect in the states and/or countries in which the vehicle in which the Product is installed will be operated, including but not limited to compliance with the applicable traffic rules and obtaining any prior necessary authorization/homologation, approval or license in such states and/or countries.
The Manufacturer is relieved of any and all damages, claims and liabilities in case the use of the Product does not comply with such applicable laws and regulations. This Limited Warranty shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with Italian Law".
