Basic, but does the job
I needed a replacement hood hinge after mine bent slightly, and this one worked out fine. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. It holds up okay, just wish it was a little thicker. But for $12, it’s exactly what I expected.

Okay but seems weak
Not the worst but not the best. The hinge is lightweight and works fine but doesn’t feel very durable. I live in an area with strong winds, and the hood felt wobbly when I opened it on a windy day. Would recommend for basic use but maybe not if you deal with tough weather.

Decent replacement but a bit flimsy
I got this hinge for my 2018 Equinox after my old one started creaking. It's a basic part, and while it fit properly, it feels a little lightweight. During a recent storm, the wind blew hard when I opened the hood and I noticed it flexed more than I’d like. Probably okay for most situations, but might want something sturdier if you’re in rough conditions.

Exactly What I Needed
My original passenger hinge snapped during a minor accident. I was worried a replacement would be costly, but this was super affordable and fit just like the factory part. No issues so far, but it’s only been a month. Feels like a decent product, hopefully it holds up long term.

Great Fix for Alignment Problems
The hood wasn’t closing right and kept popping up, but this hinge replacement took care of that issue. Solid buy for the price.
