Good Afternoon, I'm wondering whether this is in fact a legitimate Genesis OE replacement wiper blade and whether the blade replacement is equipped with a standard wiper blade refill, or whether the blade refill itself needs to be purchased separately IN ADDITION to the wiper blade replacement.
