Product Details
GM Original Equipment™ Thread Locker by ACDelco®. ACDelco GM Original Equipment Thread Lockers are formulated and tested to rigorous standards, and are backed by General Motors. Thread locker is an anaerobic thread sealing and thread locking compound for pipe fittings. It is designed to allow disassembly with standard hand tools and performs on aluminum, steel, brass, and plated metal. It exhibits good temperature and solvent resistance, and will seal and lock pipe thread fittings and components. The cure speed is dependent on temperature and substrate. These medium strength thread lockers are sealants designed for permanent locking and sealing parts into place, preventing vibration loosening of bolts and other combinations. ACDelco GM Original Equipment Thread Lockers are the true OE formulas used during the production or validated by General Motors for GM vehicles. Some ACDelco GM Original Equipment parts may have formerly appeared as GM Genuine Parts (OE) or ACDelco Professional.
