Product Details

Universal 13,000 lb 1/2" to 5/8" Ratchet Load Binder (45943-23) by Ancra®. Made for securing some of the heaviest cargo with heavy-duty transport chain, Ancra’s 1/2-in.-5/8-in. ratchet load binder combines superior strength with efficiency. Built with high-strength drop-forged steel, the ratchet binder has a working load limit of 13,000 lb, while a red E-coat pain helps resist against the elements. A pinned barrel and one-piece handle with a ball and lever release mechanism offer smooth and efficient operation, and built-in thread stops help prevent over extension of threads and loss of load carrying capacity. To operate, simply attach chain links to either hook and pull the lever to tighten. The ratchet chain load binder accepts chain from 1/2-in. G70 up to 5/8-in. G43. Failure to follow all instructions may result in serious personal injury, property damage and loss of life. Observe the working load limits as noted below and on tags to determine the number of tie-downs and hardware required under federal D.O.T. FMCSA 40 CFR Parts 392-393. Use extreme caution when tensioning load binders to ensure chain links are seated securely in the hook before releasing tension on the load binder.
