Product Details

Universal 9,200 lb 3/8" to 1/2" Ratchet Load Binder (45943-21) by Ancra®. Ancra’s 3/8"-1/2" ratchet load binder makes securing heavy-duty cargo with transport chain simple and efficient. Made with high-strength drop-forged steel, the ratchet binder has a working load limit of 9,200 lb A red E-coat protects the ratchet binder against the elements so you can feel confident using it in harsh conditions. A pinned barrel and one-piece handle with a ball and lever release mechanism provide smooth and easy operation while built in thread stops prevent a loss of load carrying capacity and over extension of the threads, making for a product that can be depended upon for years to come. To operate, simply attach chain links to either hook and pull the lever to tighten. The ratchet chain load binder accepts chain from 3/8" G70 up to 1/2" G43. Failure to follow all instructions may result in serious personal injury, property damage and loss of life. Observe the working load limits as noted below and on tags to determine the number of tie-downs and hardware required under federal D.O.T. FMCSA 40 CFR Parts 392-393. Use extreme caution when tensioning load binders to ensure chain links are seated securely in the hook before releasing tension on the load binder.
