This steering wheel control interface can be used on almost any vehicle with steering wheel radio controls. Pioneer, Sony, Alpine, Kenwood, Eclipse, JVC, and other radios are all suitable for use with the ASWC interface. Don't give up your steering wheel control of the radio just because you've upgraded. The ASWC will auto-detect many vehicle makes and aftermarket radios and can preset the steering wheel controls to the aftermarket radio automatically - so no programming is required. If desired the ASWC can be manually programmed so you can make the steering wheel controls function the way you want them to, only limited by the functions of the aftermarket radio.

Warranty

Axxess warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

During the warranty period, Axxess will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Axxess reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.

Works Flawlessly

For older Fords without a backup camera this module certainly does the trick. I had looked into many stereos and screens to use as a backup monitor to use with an aftermarket backup camera on the 2013 Ford Focus, but I was one of the few who actually liked the Sync interface and felt the OEM screen to be adequate to show a camera feed. Along with the Ford wiring harness and a camera (I found one elsewhere that integrated into the trunk release handle) this intuitively shows your backup camera when in reverse on the stereo screen and leaves everything else really stock. It also has 3 other inputs if you have other cameras or devices you'd like to display on your OEM screen, but I sold the car before I got around to playing with those.
