Back Road Products will warranty the original purchaser that the products purchased will be free from defects in material & workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required on all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover products that have been modified or installed incorrectly in anyway. This warranty does not cover damage or impairment in any part due to misuse, improper installation, improper care & cleaning, damage from any accident or contact with on or off road objects. Back Road Products will not be responsible for incidental charges including, but not limited to removal, installation, custom finish, the expense of being without the vehicle during inspection, replacement/repair period, transportation, & shipping of the product to & from. Back Road Products is also not responsible for the extra wear & tear caused to the purchaser’s vehicle & suspension from the application of all products. All warranty claims are subject to inspection & approval by Back Road Products. All warranty claims must be run through the authorized Back Road Products distributor that originally sold the product.
