Front and Rear Lowering Kit with 1"-2" Front and 4"-5" Rear Body Drop by Belltech®. Quantity: Sold as a Kit. This is a set of two hanger pieces and two shackles that combine to reposition the mounting points of both rear leaf springs higher, lowering your truck’s rear ride height. Crafted from heavy gauge reinforced steel, a durable powder coat finish effectively resists corrosion, peeling, chips and scratches. Eliminate extra space between tires and fender wells for an aggressive look, and gain a lower center of gravity that increases handling stability. Also comes with bump stops, rubber hanger eye bushings, emergency brake cable relocation bracket(s), spacers, and all hardware.

For the driver that wants to scrape the ground without being slammed in the back with a harsh ride, Belltech offers this set of replacement hangers and shackles that reposition leaf spring ends higher, lowering the truck’s rear ride height. In the kit, you’ll also get bump stops, rubber eye bushings, emergency brake cable relocation bracket(s), spacers, and all hardware.

Because Belltech believes products that do not last are not worth building, they take every effort to ensure all components will maintain their integrity over a long period of time. Reinforced, heavy-grade steel provides the strength and rigidity needed to stand up to heavy loads and large tires, and durable powder coat finish ensures steel surfaces remain protected from corrosion thanks to its high resistance to peeling, chipping, or scratching in extreme conditions. Once installed, the reduced ride height lowers your vehicle’s center of gravity which, in turn, reduces body roll and any tendencies to lean over. The result is more stable handling at any speed and reduced oversteer where high mass pushes the rear of your vehicle sideways.

Belltech Hard Parts - Limited Lifetime “No Questions Asked Warranty”
(Includes Shackles, Spindles, Springs, Flip Kits, Lift Kits, Lowering Kits, Leveling Kits and Blocks)

Belltech (KW automotive North America, Inc., further referred to as “Belltech”) warrants to the original purchaser (further referred to as “Purchaser”) of Belltech suspension products (spindles, springs, shackle and hanger kits, flip kits and blocks) purchased from an Authorized Dealer in North America that these products will be free of manufacturing, design and material defects so long as the original purchaser owns the products and the products are installed on the vehicle on which such products were originally purchased for. Within the stated warranty period, Belltech shall be obligated to repair or replace a defective product at its sole discretion.

Shocks & Struts – 2-Year/Unlimited Mileage Warranty

Belltech Street Performance and Nitro Drop 2 shocks and struts are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years (unlimited mileage) as long as the vehicle has been operated under normal conditions. Within the stated warranty period, Belltech shall be obligated to repair or replace a defective product at its sole discretion

Bushings, bump stops, heim and ball joints are considered subject to wear and are excluded from this warranty. Bushings, bump stops and ball joints are warranted for a period of 90 days from the time of purchase.

Belltech or the Belltech Distributor, under any circumstances, shall not be liable for loss of time or revenues, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, damage to the vehicle or components of the vehicle, any other type of consequential damages, or other incidental or indirect damages. resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the Belltech Products or from defects of the Belltech Products. The limitation of liability does not apply to any injuries to persons, in the event of gross or willful negligence or if a material contractual obligation was violated by Belltech. In the event of improper use of Belltech Products, including installation on vehicles not recommended by Belltech, off-road use or any racing, all warranty claims are null and void.

This warranty does not apply to any products that have not been properly installed and does not cover products showing any of the following (except where prohibited by law):

Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents or corrosion
Normal wear and tear (including bearings, valve shims and bushings)
Damage cause by improper use, accident, flooding, water, flame or other external or environmental causes
Damage caused by improper installation
Damage caused by alteration of the Belltech Products without expressed written consent by Belltech
Damage caused by improper servicing at Belltech recommended service intervals
Damage caused by servicing by any party other than an authorized Belltech Servicer
Improper use under normal driving conditions

This warranty is personal to the Purchaser and may not be assigned or transferred in any way, even if the vehicle for which the products were originally purchased is sold. Any suit for breach of this warranty must be made within six-months after breach. Belltech reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel this warranty without prior notice.

Belltech 759SP on 2003 Tahoe

Installation was fairly easy if you work on cars. Just shocks, coils and spindals. You must relocate the rear sway bar over to the passengers side to accommodate the drop or it will hit on the passengers side panhard bar bracket and shorter sway bar links. Rides smoother than expected. Look up TY forum for guilds.

Beautiful.

I only wanted to lower the truck just enough to make the tires fill the wheel well. Though I had to do some cutting to make room for the new brackets on the rear, it was fairly simple to perform the job. It only took me about a day to complete in a fully equipped shop. After installation, I was very pleased with the results. The ride is even a bit better due to the new shocks that came in the package since my old ones were worn out. But do take into consideration any big dips or bumps in the road will cause you to feel the bump stops on the rear axle. But that is only due to less space between the axle and bump stops now. I have been driving this vehicle for about 3 months since installation and I am still very happy with the product.

F&R lowering Kit

The kit is easy to install. The hard part is taking out all of the old parts. Lowers to perfect height just need some front end adjusting and picture perfect. Glad to have bought your product. I am very happy.

Great Kit

Comes with everything you need the only issue I ran into is the street performance shock absorbers for the front do not have a removable dust cover and will not fit without customization.

Belltech 1001SP

Just installed my Belltech 1001SP 3"F-5.5"R lowering kit and it looks even all around. The ride on the truck is decent at best. The 5.5" rear flip kit looks nice but the belltech shocks are way too soft and the rear bottoms out a lot. Also got a lot of vibrations in the 20-30 mph after the install which is a common problem with this kit from what I've seen in the forums. The front strut was easy to remove and assemble and the ride feels pretty smooth. With that being said it's a good kit just need to firm up the shocks in the rear.
