    Product Details

    Desert Series Full Width Black Front Winch Pre-Runner Bumper (TC-19337) by Body Armor 4x4®. Up to 10,000 lbs. The winch plate is predrilled for the popular 10/4.5 winch foot print. Body Armor 4x4 recommend using low profile winches that have the control box mounted over the motor. This allows relocating the control box if necessary. Desert Series design for the hot new GEN 3 Toyota Tacoma. Two-piece construction with a subframe winch mount that mounts directly to the vehicle’s frame horns provides maximum strength. A combination of sheet metal supported with tubular subframe gives the bumper maximum strength with minimum weight. The main tube is a 50 mm .120 wall tube. It runs from the edge of the bumper under the headlights the kicks forward when they join the center section. This gives the bumper a very cool look on the vehicle. The bumper wings have light mounts for two sets of cube LED’s, plus in the center section a 20” single row LED light bar. The bumper is painted in their dual process textured black powder coat finish. In order to enhance the style of the GEN 3 Taco they kept the lines of the bumper well under the head lights. In doing this it does require trimming off of the lower half of the bumper. This not difficult and does not require specialized tools. Other than trimming of the bumper the installation is a bolt on installation.

    Good Value
    At first the finish seems to be durable. The shackle mounts were easily scratched during installation. Not a major issue, but was not expected either. There is not a suitable location to mount for those states requiring a front license plate. There are no directions. Again, not a major issue as installation is fairly strait forward, but should be noted. A template for cutting the body would be nice, but not that hard to lay out. Not the stoutest bumper out there, but should be sufficient for most people.

    Great Product
    Looks great! Easy to install, hardest part was cutting the factory bumper for under the headlights, but on a difficulty scale 1-10 it’s about a 3 if you have all the tools.

    Perfect Fit and Looks Mean
    I do a lot of ranch work, I installed this bumper and it has already taken a couple of hits with no damage. The install was easier than I expected. The factory camera still works great.

    Great Off Road Bumper
    Was a little skeptical about ordering this since it had no reviews but I’m so glad I did. Install was a little tough with cutting out the bumper but love the way it now looks on my 2019 Forester. Would definitely recommend.

    Have to Cut Factory Bumper
    As title says, this requires elbow grease. I had to cut out of the factory bumper to align and have the original bumper fit. Thereafter, I put the strip lining over the cutout to give a smoother affect then put the rest of the bumper on.

    Easy Install and Sturdy
    I purchased the bumper and it is a great quality. Had no issues rusting. I had it over 3 years now. I highly recommend it.

    Awesome Front Bumper.
    I received the Hiline front bumper, is well made, very sturdy. This was first time installing a bumper and it wasn't hard. Yes, it took about 6 hours but I took my time especially on cutting the plastic trim. My truck does have a 3&1 leveling kit.

    Body Armor Front Bumper
    I am loving my front bumper. It is much heavier duty than stock but not quite rock crawling worthy. I have a 2wd truck and it gives me the off road look I want without going over the top.
