Product Details
T304 Stainless Steel Polyphonic Harmonizer by Borla®. BORLA®'s Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound to the BORLA® mufflers. The mufflers then enhance this sound to the character and volume appropriate for our Touring, S-Type and ATAK® systems.
Installation
Built from premium T-304 stainless steel, superior to T-400 series (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit.
Borla manufactures these exhaust components in its own factory in the USA. Mandrel-bent on CNC-controlled benders, they are guaranteed to the original user on the original vehicle for one million miles of service. High-quality 304 austenitic stainless steel is used throughout, so your Borla exhaust system will never corrode or rust. Other manufacturers, including the car manufacturers fabricate so-called stainless exhaust systems out of less-expensive 400-series steel. Although 400-series steel is superior to ordinary aluminized mild steel, it can still develop ugly surface corrosion and eventually deteriorate. Professional installation is recommended, because of the necessity of working underneath the vehicle.
