Flops Around. Not Particularly Useful.
I have a 2006 Honda Civic with a pair of cup holders. I've oriented the expando-bits so that they should contact the interior of the cup holder and then expanded them using the knob on the unit. Thing is, those expando bits don't make good contact with the insides of the cup holder and the mount isn't very secure.

Helpful Tool
The only two cons I can think of is where the grip on each side or the phone are a little big. Also it doesn't always sit still your phone may turn at times and you can just readjust the neck part of the mount back to your liking. Sweet little gadget and I like it.

Bracketron Cup-iT Phone Mount
The only solution for a Toyota Tundra for a phone holder was this one that is designed to go in a cup holder. Because the Tundra has so many cup holders using one for the phone wasn't a big deal. It works great and does everything it is supposed to do and for the price it is great value.

Great
I used to have the kind of holder that sticks to the windshield. It kept falling down. This one works great in my Honda Civic and with my Samsung Galaxy II.
