Warranty

Brandmotion LLC warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and services for a period of 12 months from the date of sale or 3 years (or factory match warranty if vehicle warranty is longer) from the date of installation in a new vehicle by a dealer. Brandmotion, at its option, will exchange or replace the product during the warranty period provided it is sent in accordance with the terms of this warranty. All replaced parts or products shall become the property of Brandmotion.

This express limited warranty is extended by Brandmotion to the original end-user purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable to any other party. This is the complete warranty for products manufactured by Brandmotion. Brandmotion does not warrant for the installation, maintenance, or service of the product. Brandmotion will test all products claimed to be defective. If the product is truly defective, Brandmotion at its option will exchange, replace, or refund the product. If the product is claimed defective and tests good, the product will be sent back to the customer with a certificate that the product is good. Lastly, if the product is claimed defective but in a condition that it cannot be tested such as if wires are cut or obvious damage to the product is present, the customer will have the option to take the part back or have it scrapped.

This warranty does not cover:

Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner
Defects or damage from misuse, accident, or neglect
Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, alteration, modification, or adjustment
Product disassembled or repaired in such a manner as to adversely affect performance or prevent adequate inspection and testing to verify any warranty claim
Product which has had the serial number removed (if applicable) or made illegible
Modifications beyond the scope of the installation instructions
