Product Details

Universal 5/8" Corrosion Resistant Pins by Bulletproof Hitches®. Precision machined in-house from patented stress-proof steel. The BulletProof corrosion resistant pins are a perfect complement to your BulletProof Hitch. This pin is designed with strength, durability, and utility in mind. In addition to the zinc plating found on the standard pins, the corrosion resistant pin features an electroless nickel undercoat with a zinc plating topcoat for unsurpassed corrosion resistance.

Many northern states have a high concentration of calcium chloride on the roads leading to rapid corrosion on standard coatings. The dual-plating process of the corrosion resistant pin was designed to protect the integrity of the pin, ensuring strength for many years to come.

These pins will be supplied as a pair with two R-clips included, and are rated to the full capacity of any BulletProof Hitch.

What is Covered

Covers defect in materials and workmanship of Bulletproof Hitches hitches.
Covers the structural integrity of the hitch. Any compromise to the structure of the hitch, such as a bend, crack, break, or wear of anything structural.
Covers defect in powder coat for 1 full year from purchase date. This would include any cracking, peeling, corrosion, or bubbling in the powder coat that is not caused by normal usage, such as wear on the ball from towing.
Any damage or wear to any of the securing pins used throughout the product.

What Is Not Covered

Powder coat wear from normal usage, such as around the shank of the hitch or the ball of the hitch. Wear in these two areas is inevitable & should be expected with normal use of the hitch.
Any structural compromise as a result of misuse or illegal towing practices.
Any structural compromise as a result of a rear-end collision from another driver.

The warranty can be claimed by calling. Please state the issue you are having with proof of any damages. From here, we will issue a prepaid returnlabel for you to send the product back to us. We will then issue a full refund or a direct replacement of thedamaged piece. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
