Carbon Creations® 117157 - Altero Style Carbon Fiber Rear Mid Lip Spoiler

Looks awesome on my c6 corvette. I love the spoiler, thanks guys.

1.Product received undamaged. The outside edges of main spoiler were poorly finished and not carbon fiber, while these are hidden when deck lid is closed, that isn't a good quality control indicator - the ends are just badly finished, black fg resin, just as are the inside and outside edges of body mounted spoiler sides. Granted also there are winglet caps on either end to be mounted that will cover the exposed end surfaces, but there is no mounting hardware to afix them. Wouldn't take much effort to put out some QA/QC effort an this would be a decent product. As it is the caps are heavy, and just wrapping an ABS one might be lighter. 2. No installation hardware or instructions. Come on guys, really? I know I can google the product that this emulates and get an idea for hardware, or get a shop to install it - everyone signs a disclaimer - but you could at least list the recommended hardware. 3.Overall, close, but no cigar. Too bad, as the fiber is at least decently laid and coated. I will still put this on my vehicle, but only after a surefire install process and materials are IDd and located.

Sent the spoiler back also.

Looks awesome, love the carbon weave. Styling is great, having my body man put on because I do not have the tools. Overall pleased.

The product was made very well and was very stunning to the eyes, the fibers were perfect quality made, would recommend .

Product looks amazing. I did have 3 backorder notifications and it took almost 3 months and 2 orders to get it. The wing did have some imperfections upon receiving it with spots that could have been painted over before it was sent out. Also I had to wait for my local body shop to order hardware, even though the item said it came with hardware, and reps over the phone said it did also. All that aside, I still love the new addition and it is a very custom look.

The AC spoiler is a great addition to my C5. It has filled in the gap that I was trying to erase from my front splitter and side skirt to taper in the rear. Installation was little on the take your time to get it right side but it was totally worth it. I recommend this to anyone who is trying to give their C5 own and upgraded look.

Always great products, I have ordered from TRUCKiD many times. Roof and rear lip spoiler for my Genesis Coupe. Last week I ordered a carbon fiber spoiler and cold air intake for my C6 Corvette.
