Warranty

All body kits and products sold by Carbon Creations are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. The brand is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of the use of its products. Due to the material and processes used in production, products will not be a “direct bolt-on.” Carbon Creations products may need prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, and/or other body work. Modifications may include removal of the reinforcement bars, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle. Carbon Creations highly recommends that a professional “custom” shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Auto shops experienced in OEM installations may not be experienced in aftermarket fiberglass installations. All products sold by Carbon Creations are for off-road and show purposes only. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. The brand does not recommend, and in fact discourages, these parts to be used on public streets and highways.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Carbon Creations warrants its branded products to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials when used for their intended purposes. This limited warranty shall extend for a period of one (1) year against fading and discoloration on the clear coat finish. This warranty is non-transferable. Any part of a Carbon Creations product that is covered by this warranty and that is found in reasonable judgment to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced in full at the request of the customer. For example, Carbon Creations will not replace a complete body kit if a single component is found to be defective. The following situations are not covered by warranty: Any Carbon Creations product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident; or that has been improperly installed. Any Carbon Creations product that has been modified or altered from its original manufactured state.

Hood and Trunk Fitment Guarantee

Carbon Creations stands behind the fitment of its products. Once your hood is installed, Carbon Creations will fully replace your hood if it does not fall within the following guidelines of the brand’s Fitment Guarantee. Hood does not clear a stock engine. Gaps between the hood and the fenders are more than 1/2″ wide on each side. Hood levels more than 3/8″ higher or lower than the fenders Latch is too long or too short compared to the stock latch, causing the hood not to latch after adjusting. Carbon Creations does not guarantee fitment on vehicles that have been involved in accidents and/or have had body damages or customization. Hood pins are required.

Trunks

Gaps between the trunk and the rear fenders are more than 1/2″ wide on each side. Trunk levels more than 3/8″ higher or lower than the rear fenders. Carbon Creations does not guarantee fitment on vehicles that have been involved in accidents and/or have had body damages or customization.

Could Be Better

Overall, this took my dealer about 6 hours to install and align as much as possible. No hardware or instructions are provided. Spoiler does look good, but up close and you will see the issues.

Nice Spoiler, Great Price

Picked this up and had it professionally installed. Fit is great and finish is good but not perfect. A bit of imperfections such as waviness in the gel coat, top and bottom join together perfectly but the seam is a little obvious or big. Overall I am MORE than happy with this purchase. The carbon shines in sunlight and in my opinion this spoiler is the best and most aggressive for the s550. Love it

Save Your Money!!!!!

I had high hopes and was looking forward to this just to be disappointed to begin with the brackets to hold the wing are poor quality with imperfections all over. They also don't t line up with the trunk and the holes for the hardware which it didn't come with fully, I went and had to get my own, aren't even lined up properly either the wing itself already came scratched, even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap and the endplates aren't flush and somehow already had paint coming off when I wiped it down after taking it out of the packaging also didn't t even come with all of the hardware, either nor a "certificate of authenticity". All around not a good product, just looks like they don't care about the quality, super bummed out about it. I was looking forward to installing this on my car.

Looks Clean

Nice Wing!

I recently had this item installed on my 2013 ZL1, and all I can say is I wished I had done it sooner! Since purchasing my car several years ago, I kept the stock spoiler b/c I felt other manufacturer's wings looked "cheesy" or "over the top." However, it looks awesome and I have received nothing but "thumbs up" from other car enthusiasts, even Mustang owners! I highly recommend this spoiler!
