COVERAGE and DURATION
CARDONE warrants that it will provide a free replacement for any Cardone Reman®/Cardone ULTRA™ unit that fails
or proves defective during normal use on the vehicle on which it was originally installed. This warranty does not apply to an
Cardone Reman/Cardone ULTRA product which has been altered, misused, damaged, installed improperly, installed on a
vehicle for which it was not designed, installed on a racing or high performance vehicle, or, in the case of Cardone Reman Master
Cylinders, installed using the wrong brake fluid (use only D.O.T. 3 or D.O.T. 4 as per O.E. specifications). This warranty also
does not apply to any Cardone Reman Steering Part that was installed without a steering system flush using O.E. recommended
fluid. On commercial/fleet vehicles, all Cardone Reman/Cardone ULTRA products listed above are covered for up to 1 year
or 18,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty is extended only to the owner of the vehicle on which the Cardone Reman/Cardone ULTRA unit is installed, for as long as that person owns the vehicle, and is not transferable.
EXCLUSIONS
CARDONE makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose and no other warranties,
representations or guarantees, whether written or oral, beyond those contained in this warranty. The replacement of the
unit is the sole and exclusive remedy for the claims of any type (including personal injury) arising from the failure or
defective condition of the Cardone Reman/CARDONE ULTRA unit, from CARDONE’s negligence or breach of legal
duty, or otherwise.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
To the extent allowed by law, CARDONE will have no obligation to the vehicle owner for any incidental or
consequential damages arising from the failure or defective condition of the Cardone Reman/CARDONE ULTRA unit, from
CARDONE’s negligence or breach of legal duty, or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
