    Water Pump Purchase
    The purchase of the water pump was easy and convenient. With the water pump to replace a pump on a combine, TRUCKiD readily honored a tax exemption certificate. The return of the core was easy with the refund being issued in a timely manner. The only thing that I was not pleased with, no fault of TRUCKiD, was that the pump did not come with the base gasket (between the back of the pump and the engine block). The pump is a 2-part pump. When you remove it, both parts come off and there is a need for the gasket. It did come with the gasket for between the halves and 2 O-rings which are not used with this style pump so I'm not sure why Cardone would include them, and not the base gasket. We have not fired up the combine yet, but we fully expect this pump to work as it should.

    Showed up on time. Looked brand new. Exact match of my factory water pump. Direct installation was easy and flawless. All bolts lined up perfectly. My Tahoe fired right up and has been running great ever since! A lot of people are nervous to buy remanufactured parts, but if you wouldn’t of telling me it was “remanned” I would have never known. I absolutely recommend A1 Cardone "remanned" replacement water pumps!! And the price is incredible too! TRUCKiD is hands down my new favorite online auto store.     Seems Good Thus Far...
    Installation takes about 30 min, the fan can be an issue but the nut is regular thread so facing the front of truck you will loosen it by turning nut to the left. A air chissel can make it a much easier task. Make sure to use something like a large screw driver to hold pulley and leave belt on until fan is removed to help hold pulley from turning. Good time to flush the coolant system too!
