Carr Super Hoop
Excellent set of steps! I purchased through TRUCKiD since they offered the best price. I'm on a fixed income so every dollar saved is important to me. I chose the super hoop because I wanted a wider step instead of a narrow one to make it easier to get in my 1993 F250 XLT 4x4 since I'm disabled due to a stroke and I didn't want to give up my F250. My brother in law easily installed them for me in about an hour. Two different truck accessory businesses wanted between $250-300 dollars just to install the steps. Anyway...great product and Made in USA too! Very happy customer!

Not Really Designed for MB Sprinter
We have a 2015 MB Sprinter van and Carr appeared to be the only supplier of steps for that vehicle. The parts kit and assembly instructions that came with the hoop step claim to cover a multitude of vehicles, specifically including the Sprinter. But it appears that the Carr engineers do not know how the Sprinter is designed as the assembly instructions do not well-represent the Sprinter. A creative person can still use the kit for the Sprinter but only after a lot of head-scratching and only in a different way than instructed. Given the need for work-arounds, compromises were inevitable. The underside of the step has only 6 in. of ground clearance. Perhaps more importantly, the step does not halve the previously very high step needed to get into the Sprinter. The step is still useful, however, for stepping up into the Sprinter. Unfortunately, although I mounted it as far outboard as physically possible, the step does not protrude far enough outboard to be easily used when stepping down from the Sprinter. Lastly, given the compromise mounting, the step's mounting brackets flex measurably when one puts a 150 lb. person onto the step. All in all we plan to use the step this spring and summer and I am confident that it will be an improvement over using the van with no step at all. It is possible that this step as-is is excellent for other vehicles, but it appears that a custom manufactured step is needed to get the best step performance on a Sprinter.

Super Hoop Black Anodized Step
Excellent quality. Good finish. Bit pricey, but perfect compliment for front hoops. Nice stealthy appearance versus long ugly running boards.

Super Hoop Steps
The steps are very strong and lightweight and the width is perfect for stepping down. The only downfall I found is the mounting brackets are not up to par for my 2011 E-350 Super Duty Van. I will be making adjustments for the brackets in the future but other than that, the steps are great.

Clean Look
I have the 2010 Chevy Silverado 2500HD, and these super hoops make a huge difference getting in and out of a vehicle. For me, the look is clean and simple without a huge long running board occupying the bottom of the truck. As for the ease of installation, I am an accountant so it took some time. I browsed YouTube to see a video on how to install and that made a huge difference in visually seeing what they were instructing i.e. 'pinch weld: What's a pinch weld?' If I would recommend anything, it would be to offer video samples of their products.

Carr Super Hoop Steps
These steps are a great addition to my Sprinter 3500 chassis motor home. Look good and provide super strong step. The fit/finish is top drawer! The installation instructions however are poorly illustrated and confusing and required a call to Carr for clarification.

CARR Super Hoop Black Steps
I didn't want the common look of nerf bars, and the single hoops just didn't look 'full' enough for the full-size Bronco. The black super hoop steps look great, and the extra width ensures plenty of room for bigger feet with bulky boots on. My only complaint is with the installation. Nowhere in the item description it is stated that these will mount in such a way that the mounts are seen on the inside of the cab rocker panels. I saw some older CARR steps that had a diamond plate mounting bracket with the CARR logo on it, and even though it was visible when the door was opened, it still looked good. However, that's not what was sent with the super hoops. The interior mounting brackets are simply 1 1/4"x2 1/2" metal bracket that quite frankly look like a cobbled together backyard hack job. I really wish they would still include the other style brackets. But I really like how they look on the outside of the truck. My solution was to make my own diamond plate interior mounting bracket. Other than the above, these look great.
