Rear Brake Pad Sensor (116.34032) by Centric®. This sensor is manufactured under the highest quality standards to effectively monitor and determine the condition of the brake pads. With this sensor, you can make necessary replacements before your vehicle's braking system totally fails.

When it comes to vehicle control, the braking system is probably the most important one. But since calipers and rotors are hidden behind wheels and tires, it’s not easy to inspect the thickness of your brake pads. Now, with this high-quality brake pad sensor, you can make sure your brake pads are in top shape without having to climb under the vehicle. To help you keep an eye on their condition the Centric Brake Pad Sensor automatically alerts you the moment they become worn to the point where replacement is required.

The sensor is mounted on the brake pad and routed through the caliper, so its wires come in contact with the metal surface of the brake rotor when the friction material on the pads wears down to a predetermined thickness. The sensor is a sacrificial component and if it illuminates the dash light it must be replaced along with the pads to ensure the warning system will continue to function.

Centric Parts warrants to the original purchaser of this product that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase or for 3,000 miles of use of the product.

Any components manufactured by any supplier other than Centric Parts which are sold here are covered only by the warranty made by the manufacturer of such components. In no event shall such a warranty be more extensive in any manner than the limited Centric Parts product warranty above.

Centric Parts will not be liable for any errors, defects or omissions in the design of any products old here under, irrespective of whether such errors, defects, or omissions in design result from acts or omissions of Centric Parts seller or purchaser or of some other third party. This warranty does not cover, and Centric Parts will not pay for, or provide, any labor or materials which may be necessary to remove a product or install a replacement product.

Did Not Fit

Sensor connection did not match factory connector. Would have to modify factory connection to make work. Going back, purchased original from dealer for a few bucks more.
