Designed with the utmost in quality and durability in mind, these units provide a means to attach a multiple seat belt harness system safely into your vehicle. Also provides a nice interior showpiece along with additional chassis reinforcement into your vehicle. Made for use with Cipher exclusive racing harnesses. Constructed out of a 409 Stainless Steel material for improved durability and stability while making the bar significantly lighter. The bar is also TIG welded for a more strong and uniform weld.

    A single three-point belt, the one installed in your car by the manufacturer is anchored to the car’s B-pillar. It’s not possible to do that with 4- or 5-point racing-style harnesses - the shoulder belts need to be anchored directly behind the driver’s shoulders to work properly in case of an accident, so they pull straight back, not down or at an angle to the side. Usually, this is accomplished by welding an appropriate bar to the roll cage. If your car is street-driven or is only used in non-sanctioned events like autocrosses or track days, you may not have a roll cage. Your solution is Cipher Auto’s Harness Bar. It attaches to the car’s original seatbelt mounting points, and provides correctly-positioned attachment points for the shoulder harnesses for both driver and passenger.

    Harness Bar
    Great product overall but its not a bolt on kit. Modifications need to be done still.

    Needs Instructions
    Nice looking, good price, well made. However, there are no installation instructions included and the response to a question about installation is to search on YouTube for a video that might help. I still don't know where to attach the struts, although I have an idea.

    Good But Color Way Off
    Completely different purple than shown not what I wanted or was expecting super dark almost blue hue purple not the violet looking one shown good quality tho just don’t expect that color shown

    Great
    I was amazed how it came. The quality of it is just so unreal it's like of your in the fast and the furious. When I tried to install it myself it was ok but kinda hard. I let my friend which he is a mechanic and it seems to him that it was easy.

    Cipher 4 Point Harness
    Harness arrived in reasonable amount of time and website stated it comes with all the hardware for install. It came with two bags of bolts but no nuts for them. Why send eight bolts and no nuts? After a trip to the hardware store, they installed easy. I used a harness bar and the factory lap belt points. ( I kept my factory belts because daily driving in traffic with a harness is a PITA) so far I am happy with the harness. I also ordered the Cipher Harness pads and they feel great when strapped in. I hope I never have to test their durability in a crash. Autocrossing and carving roads is much more fun when you don't have to expend most of your strength keeping yourself from sliding out of your seat. Overall this Harness is a good value.
