Driving competitively requires a racing seat that lets you stay put. Hard cornering and braking constantly try to make you slide left and right, or forward out of the seat. If you're investing energy into staying put, that's mental and physical resources you can't devote to the most important thing: winning. That's true during street driving, at least the way they sometimes drive on the street. A stock seat simply doesn't have enough lateral support to keep your butt planted or your shoulders in one place so you can make precise inputs to the steering, accelerator or brakes. Can't Beat Them For The Price.
Seats are well made for the money. Not as cushioned as factory, but they are racing sport seats. Saved a lot of weight in the car. Have had many compliments so far on they're appearance. As far as durability I don't know yet as I've had them less than 1 month.

Way better than stock
Stock seats were beat so I got these. Look nice and way more supportive than stock seats especially on long trips. Comfy for everyday too. No problems with install.

Out With The Old, In With The New!
There is definitely a learning curve to ordering and installing however I'm proud to say I accomplished it. Very, very comfortable seats, and flawless customer service.

Great Seats.
Fit amazing in my 81 280zx. Had to do custom brackets due to the car. The cloth is very nice looking. Still rear dark and hasn't sun faded even with no tint of my car. Now have had the seats in for over a year and still looking very good. Since I daily drive the car the driver seat gets lots of wear and tear but the seams haven't even starting coming apart.

Camaro 6th Gen
Was nervous about ordering the seats but the quality is really good. Now what I did not know is the seats already come with a 4 point harness. Everything came except the brackets which are separate but some of my hardware fell out of the box somewhere being shipped.

OK Seats Not the Best
Less than a year of owning these the "suede" insert faded to an ugly purple looking color even with the car parked daily in the garage, the recliner portion gets really wobbly and loose. I wouldn't trust these on the street let alone a race track. I tried doing a warranty claim since they have "lifetime" warranty on them but apparently not on the fabric or the recliner, so maybe their logo on the seats is the only thing covered under this "lifetime" warranty. Go buy something else like Corbeau seats instead.

Great Seats!
Replaced OEM 1998 corvette seats with these CPA2009RS from Cipher. Seats shipped and arrived quickly, they were packaged well and look/feel like quality seats. Everything was assembled except for the bottom slider bracket which took about 3 min to attach. (my 7yr old daughter helped. Very easy to install). Overall, I am very pleased with these seats and TRUCKiD for their fast shipping and trouble-free buying experience. Thank you guys!
