Dual Valve Spring Retainer Set by COMP Cams®. Valve springs with larger diameters require retainers to handle the higher pressures developed by the springs. COMP Cams Steel Retainers are the perfect solution to this problem. COMP® engineers used 3D CAD with FEA to design retainers with a modern and advanced contoured top profiling for lower stress, increased lift and a reduction in mass. The retainers are CNC-machined to exact tolerances using CAD/CAM software. All COMP® retainers use only high-grade SAE 4140 chromemoly steel with no lead, <0.04% sulfur and a black oxide finish to prevent corrosion. COMP Cams Steel Valve Spring Retainers offer both unmatched looks and superior performance that set the industry standard.

LIMITED WARRANTY

COMP Cams® warrants that all of the products are free from defects in material and workmanship, and against excessive wear for a period of twelve months from date of purchase. This limited warranty shall apply for a period of one year from the date of purchase and shall cover only the original purchaser. This warranty is valid on camshafts only where new lifters and proper valve springs are used, such as those found in COMP Cams® Kits.

There is absolutely no warranty on the following:

A) Any part used in racing applications
B) Any product that has been physically altered or improperly installed/maintained
C) Any product used in an improper application, abused, or not used in conjunction with the proper parts

There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Very Nice!!

Love this cam, tons of power in the high RPMs but still maintains the bottom end.I am very happy with this product. Was a very easy installation. Thank you, guys! Recommended!

It's Perfect!

It's perfect. Improves start up and idle. Don't expect great mpg gains. If you're looking for that switch to HEI. And no more screwing around with points is a another major plus. Recommend to my friends!
