Universal Polyethylene Plastic Battery Case without Bracket (52030) by CURT®. This replacement battery case for breakaway kits measures 5" wide, 3-1/4" high and 3-7/8" deep to fit a variety of breakaway batteries. For any and all types of trailers with electric trailer brakes, a CURT breakaway kit provides you with the equipment you need to be prepared. offers three different complete breakaway systems to accommodate various trailer sizes and meet your specific towing needs. All of CURT breakaway kits are tested for your safety and meet DOT requirements for holding and breakaway situations.
It is constructed from durable polyethylene plastic to protect against the elements and features a lockable tab to accept a padlock and deter tampering and theft. This breakaway battery case is equipped with a plastic bracket and four bolt holes for convenient mounting on your trailer. Nobody hitches up a trailer expecting a breakaway, but that doesn't mean you should tow unprepared. Be ready for anything with a CURT breakaway kit.
