These catalytic converters are made from a heavy duty stainless steel outer shell which is able to withstand severe driving and terrain conditions. The catalytic converters feature a direct fit and can be easily installed.

    A DEC catalytic converter is what you need to provide cleaning and removing of harmful contaminants in exhaust gases that are emitted by the combustion chambers before their release out of the tail pipe and mix with the atmosphere. DEC catalytic converters are made from a heavy duty stainless steel outer shell that is ready to withstand tough driving and terrain conditions. Installation is trouble-free thanks to the direct fit of these components. The catalytic converters have a catalyst inside the assembly which is made from palladium, platinum, or rhodium for optimal conversion of the emission. The use of one of these dignified metals helps greatly diminish the amount of harmful rudiments and provide their transformation into less harmful emission such as oxygen, water, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen.

    Fit Perfectly
    Thieves stole my OEM Catalytic Converter. In desperate need for a replacement I was relieved to find this part. I was hesitant at first since this Catalytic Converter was priced under $200. The part I received was slightly different than what is pictured, TRUCKiD customer service was quick to respond to my inquiry and guaranteed the part to be an exact fit. This part fit perfectly and installation took less than 2 hrs. Very Satisfied! Now my Element is back on the road with no exhaust issues.

    Very Good!
    Got the part very promptly and it was very good. The catalytic need to be packed in heavy cardboard. Very easy installation. TRUCKiD service was great, no hiccups on delivery.

    Fit
    Part meet California standards, but I don't know if was mishandled by the transport carrier, when I trying to install it the left tip towards the header didn't fit by almost one inch, so it cost me a 100.00 at a muffler shop have them to correct the pipe and make fit.

    Perfect for 98 Tacoma
    The unit was reasonably priced and service was prompt and without hitch. The unit perfectly fit my 1998 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner, and I was able to bolt into place without problem. Torqued the exhaust bolts to 46 ft/lb. Thankfully the thief unbolted the unit from the truck rather than cut it out. A prior thief did that and the entire exhaust system after the crossover had to be replaced.
